Processing: Original paintings and prints are carefully packaged and typically processed for shipment within 5–7 business days.
Tracking: You will receive an automated confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order has dispatched.
Shipping Liability: Viasim Studios is not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers. However, for your peace of mind, all original works are fully insured for their monetary value during transit. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photo documentation.
